To help close the gap in funding and support for women-owned small businesses, Block Advisors by H&R Block created the Fund Her Future small business grant program. The program will award five women-owned small businesses a combined total of $100,000 in funding and access to a year of small business services from Block Advisors.

They want to recognize your accomplishments and accelerate your plans for the future, and have 15 grants worth $10,000 each to award to every type of home service professional. Home service businesses provide a one time or recurring install, repair, maintenance, or mobile services to clients at residential or commercial properties.

Their goal is to create more equitable access to the basic business infrastructure needed to get companies up and running by offering up to $6,000 in assistance for HR and payroll. This program is for you if your business has at least 50% ownership by someone who is a member of an underrepresented group.

Each month a $1,000 micro-grant will be awarded to a for-profit small business owned by women of color. Past recipients used their growth grants for computers, equipment, marketing materials, software purchase, website creation and more.

Each month, the Amber Grant awards $10,000 to a women-owned small business. Additionally, they offer three $25,000 grants each year to one of the monthly grant winners.
