Eastern Colorado Small Business Loan Program

The Eastern Colorado Business Loan Program is an affordable, flexible and friendly loan program available to small businesses and nonprofits located in eastern Colorado counties who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and are interested in protecting jobs and investing / reinvesting in their communities. Different loan amounts are available under this program and all are repayable over 4 years at a fixed 3% interest rate, with no repayments of principal or interest due during the first six months of the loan.

Kabbage Gift Certificates to Support Small Businesses

Through Kabbage Payments, any business can sign up to sell gift certificates online, and anyone can purchase them to support participating small businesses. Once registered, businesses can send a custom link to their customers.

Clear Creek EDC

Region 3 CDBG Business Loan Program

The CCEDC administers the Region 3 Business Loan Program (BLF) for Clear Creek and Gilpin Counties. Since 1985, the CCEDC has provided over $8M in business loans, which has leveraged approximately $17.5M in area investments. The goal of the loan program is to support business retention and expansion and new job growth within Region 3. Loans are generally between $2,000 and $200,000 but will be considered on a case by case basis. CCEDC loans may be used for the purchase of real estate, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, working capital, and inventory.

RCAC Small Business Loans

RCAC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides training, technical and financial resources and advocacy so rural communities can achieve their goals and visions. RCAC’s Small Business Loan Program assists businesses to retain or create jobs and thus improve the economic condition of rural communities. This program offers short-term loans (up to $250k) for working capital and lines of credit as well as long-term loans for real estate and equipment.

Colorado Lending Source

Small Business Emergency Loans for Rural Colorado

Colorado Lending Source has made loan funds available specifically for businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and are located in rural Colorado. The intent of this program is to help small businesses survive and retain employees during these challenging times. Financing is available at a fixed interest rate over twenty-four months (two years) with no payments of principal and interest due during the first six months of the loan. Loan Details: $10,000 loans, 3.00% fixed interest rate, Two year terms, Payments deferred for six months.

Rural Women-Led Business Fund

Designed to give access to funding for women-led/female-identifying entrepreneurs, small business owners and nonprofits. Women-led and minority-led businesses have been particularly affected by COVID-19. With support from The Colorado Trust COVID-19 Response Fund, First Southwest Community Fund is offering loans of up to $10,000 to assist with business operating costs. Interest rate: 1%. Length of loan: Up to 5 years. No payments for first 180 days.

COVID-19 Response / Emergency Working Capital Loan Program

Due to recent events, the CCEDC is offering low-interest, emergency working capital loans for existing businesses affected by COVID-19. The maximum loan request is $30,000; interest rate and term will be determined by the Loan Committee at the time of application. Please ensure submittals are complete with ALL required documentation - partial applications will NOT be reviewed.

Durango Creative District Covid-19 Emergency Relief

The Durango Creative District has partnered with 1st SouthWest Community Fund in implementing the first revolving Creative Loan Fund for Durango, CO. This loan is intended to help small businesses, nonprofits and individuals with working capital and business continuity. This loan fund is supported by the United States Department of Agriculture Rural Business Development Grant Program and by the Office of Economic Development and International Trade.

This Fund, created in response to the economic impact of COVID-19, will provide relief to small businesses that may have had to temporarily close, are struggling with paying rent, mortgage and or utilities. This fund is for small businesses, this is defined as a business that has a bricks and mortar location and an employee base of 50 or less.
